This week we are exploring the journey of being an entrepreneur and thoughts on simplifying the journey. Do you offer too many services or products that your clients feel overwhelmed?

The asking: anyone starting or in the thick of a new business, or new goal - must start with these questions:

What problem am I solving with this new goal or business?
How much money do I first “need” than “want” - to earn?
What’s my deadline to achieve this personal or financial goal?
Unless you have a multi-year timeline or can hire a team of support staff, this WILL be a full-time commitment at first. Are you able and willing to take on a full-time job? Or is this a “hobby”?
