So you have the floor MMA All right, good evening everyone. Okay, good morning, Good afternoon. Like I'm considered anywhere you is me from. So my name is oh golly assortment of Ben. I am a graduate of University of florida. I study chemistry. I am a fashion designer and I am also a Youtuber. That's it. Yeah, wow! What do you want a provider? You heard her? She is a graduate. She's a Youtuber. She's a fashion designer and she also studied chemistry. Well that's not nice to have you here. Thanks for honoring my invitation. I really appreciate that. So we're talking about stress relief. So want you to lighting nose on the definition of the word stress. Alright personally out their stress is like a psychological discomfort. So show when your body is is not an order when you're not please when you're when you're not really feeling fine to show you that things are not really going well the way it is.

That's just the definition basically. Okay. Okay. Okay. So I believe there are people out there that I'm going through one scene or the other. They are very sure the other they are going to stress a lot of it and they don't really know how to undo it. Which brings us particularly to today's topic like you say. Like she said she already to find stress. So we want her to be telling us I will be able to under stress and I'll become able to relieve ourselves of straight because personally I think most people don't really know how to do that and it's something that we really need to allies in people about. So my all right, thank you very much to me. I think the best way to relieve yourself of stress is just to take a rest rest, take a break from everything that might have been doing. That's just giving you a discomfort within yourself.

So take your rest. You might go for vacation, you might just be in your house resting without doing anything, maybe soften the net. You read books a lot of that. So basically you want to relieve yourself is just by taking rest because every other thing you do maybe evacuation within books. You're taking the rest. So that's it. Okay? So you said I was really bad stress, our stress relief, had to take a rest vacation, reached some books and just don't do anything right. Just sit down to relax and just think of lovely and creative ideas. You understand, Okay. And I hope you'll still be adding like maybe you can just take time and go out to your loved ones and family friends. You know when you're with people that are closer to you actually Utah contains that are far apart from what is giving you stress and that we input the new things and things that are giving you stress go out.
