Hello everyone and welcome to meditating in God's Word podcast. This is your host, Dharavi, rows of Dharavi Rose dot com. Thank you for joining me today for this abbreviated lesson. I so appreciate you taking time out to listen to God's word and listen to this short bible study. So this lesson is less than 32. The title of this lesson is the desire of conception. It is found in genesis 38 vs one through 30. Now this story is about Judah and he had a daughter in law named Tamar and she was married to one of his sons named er was put to death because of his wickedness and he gave her another son named owning owning was put to death because of his selfishness due to have another son named Sheila.

Sheila was younger. And so he asked Tamar to wait until Sheila was of age to be her husband and they did not marry Tamar still wanted a son. She was still looking for that sum for that air for that child. She actually end up having twin boys. We're Judah, I encourage you to read genesis 38 versus one through eight. Let me give you some A little bit of commentary and then I'm going to give you some questions in Genesis 38 24 Judah discovered that Tamar was pregnant? He commanded that she'd be burned to death. Can you believe him? Just before they attempted to kill Tamar, she pulled out a segment raid accord and a staff. All these items belong to Judah.

Checkmate game over. Let me give you a few questions to answer if you are doing this lesson. The first question was named the place Judah went after his wife died.
