Mm mhm mm Hi everyone, my name is in Costa genesis and just like always today we are back with the uh regardless show and I want to welcome you wherever you're listening in from how your week has been and how life is going on. Uh Today I just woke up and I realized something that I decided with you today is that uh that thing of being thankful uh yesterday I was talking with my friend and we're talking about different things how our lives have changed and how we thought maybe we would never be where we are right now.

And then I also asked myself like uh who am I what are we being able to have these uh blessings. Uh so then I realized that we have a lot to be thankful for if we look back into our lives and we look at the small things that we have that sometimes we take for granted sometimes we think that these things are normal that they are supposed to be happening. But when you look look deep into your life and look at the life of others, then you realize that you have to be thankful because sometimes it's easier to focus on what we don't have rather than what we do have. Uh that's why I think it's important to take time out and remember all the things that we have in our lives and we be thankful for them instead of taking uh taking it for granted to have them.

Uh for example, if you look at your good health, uh maybe it's not good, you have some health complications, but you're still alive and I think that is something to be thankful for right now. So you can look at the good friends that you have, we never have a problem, uh you have someone to talk to. That is something that we have to be thankful for. There are people out there who don't even have friends and they are always complaining. Like what, what is this? Why don't I have friends? But you you have your friends, you can joke with, have fun we go out with. So that's something to be thankful for. So if you have your friends, maybe try and give them a call right now or message them and let them know that you're thankful. I'm sure when they read that message they will tell you Something Special About two.

So if you're lucky and you're in a relationship and maybe you have a partner, there is so much going on in the world right now. And sometimes when you have someone to share everything with someone to, to hang on, when things are going difficult, I think that's something that you should be very, very thankful for. Uh well we should also be thankful like from learning mistakes, you know, things that you do and maybe they never went the way you expect it because if we made mistakes, uh because if we never made mistakes, then we wouldn't run so much. So it is one of the things that we should be thankful for. Uh, if you, if you're lucky and you have uh where you have, you had an opportunity to get education. Uh the opportunity to attend school is something that many people don't have. So if you're there and you're in school, I think you should be thankful.

Uh look at the fresh air that we breathe. Being able to step outside to breathe in fresh air is a good reminder of how many little things that we should be thankful for. There are many things that you should be thankful for a bed sleep. Hey, how's your room at the sunshine? You know, the sun shines warm, can brighten our days. Uh the time. Uh uh although we often don't think that there is enough enough time, but time is something that we normally take for granted, but I think we should also be thankful for it, then we should also be thankful for love. Love from our parents, Love from our family, Love from our our friends. Uh, love from the people we live with the people we see every day, the world sure would be a different press if we lacked love. So today I want to look, I want you to look into your life and look at these things that you take for granted things that you think every human being has and you will see how you should be thankful.

Of course sometimes those are the small things that we think, oh, I should have this one. I should have this one like this one is normal, but sometimes it is not normal, it is not normal. And some people do not have those small things that you're taking for granted. Uh sometimes people like to be thankful at some moments in lives but being thankful and being uh, and feeling gratitude and appreciation for many things and opportunities that we have. It can make our lives to be enriched so much that if we take the time to be thankful and see the good oh, that we have in our life. Sometimes we like to see the bad things that we have or sometimes things that uh, that we, that, that our friends have and then for us we don't have. And then we, we try to feel bad about our lives and we, we, we get an thankful, you know, because you look at someone and maybe for him, he has something that you don't have and then you're asking yourself like I want that one.

So you start feeling bad about yourself. But then if you look into your life, there are many, many things to be thankful for. Look, look where I've come from six years ago and now where you are, don't you think you have many things to be thankful for? What what sustains you and gives you hope for me? I would say that it is my faith and my belief in God. That no matter what happens in my in my life, I can still have the eternal life, I can still have forgiveness and that is what I'm thankful for because whenever I'm feeling low, I'm feeling down, I remember that God or Allah, he has many, many things, many promises uh that he uh so that gives us, that gives me hope to know that even even though these things are going bad, but maybe tomorrow everything can change. You know, because we were we were never put in this world to suffer.

So sometimes when even when the hard times come, I think that's the most moment that you have to be thankful for. Because sometimes when you are passing through the hard times, we tend to forget what we have. We tend to forget the small things that we have and we should be thankful for and one of the most signs uh that I always tell my friends is being alive, that's your heart. You hear the heart, the heartbeat, you hear your heart is pumping blood to your body parts, man, that is the most sign that you're still alive and you should be thankful for that one time things are gonna change if they are going, but right now, because being thankful transforms you. Seeing the good in what you have right now can transform you, it can change your daily outlook, it can increase your happiness and you will find more feelings of satisfaction cation and likely you likely see your relationships improve because you complain less and appreciate more.

That is what uh seeing the good is all about gratitude, thankfulness and appreciation. It is an attitude is a perspective and it is a way of life. Seeing the good is also a choice. So today, if you're listening to this podcast, I would advise you and I will tell you that, choose to see the good in your everyday life and be thankful for all that you have. Uh once sometimes maybe when we get some good things or some good news, but my main, my advice to you today is if you're listening in today, be thankful for what you have and learn to see the good things in you, not the bad things start looking at the small things you have not the things that you don't have because when you start looking at the things you don't have, that's when depression comes in, that's when you start getting stress and you know this show, regardless, I started it to create awareness about like mental health things like depression, stress, anxiety, worry Nous and being an thankful is one of the things that can bring about those mental health issues.

So I choose to see the good in in you uh and be thankful and I appreciate it, everything that you have everything that is going on in your life, even if it's bad, you have to have faith that it will change.
